Dr. Sumaira Kausar is currently working as a Professor in the Department of computer science, Bahria University, Islamabad. She received her Ph.D. and MS degree from NUST, Pakistan.  Her research interests include machine learning, computer vision and immersive imaging. She has more than ten years of teaching and research experience.

  • Medical Image Analysis – This project aims at performing an analysis of medical images for the diagnosis of diseases in different organs. Data used for this project comprises images of the brain, lungs, hollow organs and vertebra. The project is aimed at the automated analysis of these medical images for the diagnosis of different diseases.
